POSITION: Chief chef


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

– Preparing the menu according to the established methods and procedures, using specific technical and practical knowledge.
– Responsible for daily kitchen operations
– Professional leadership skills and staff management
– Responsible for the quality of the service
– Responsible for order and cleaning in the kitchen


SPECIFIC EMISSIONS:

– Logistics organization of individual work stations
– Plan and supervise activities in the kitchen area

POSITION: Waiter


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

– Support the role of the Maitre

– Make the customer feel at ease while ensuring quality and attention during the whole experience
– Table service
– Fast and with a positive attitude

 

SPECIFIC FEATURES:

– Cleaning and ordering of the premises

– Preparing the line in the room before the service
– Preparing coffee and dessert
– Organising and cleaning the waiter box

Position: OSTE – Maitre


It represents the image of company’s efficiency and phylosophy, charisma and vivacity are the essential features of this central figure. Previous experience preferred.


LIABILITIES AND DOES:
– Housekeeping and housekeeping staff as well as entire room and kitchen staff
– Coordinating and create a solid group capable of dealing with stress situations
– Welcoming the customers and making them feel comfortable during the stat
– Managing crisis situations
